Compliance Analyst - Asset Management

About this job
Responsibilities: - To ensure the company’s ongoing and new business in compliance with requirements of SFC and relevant regulatory bodies, and to ensure the company’s internal procedure and policies are in line with latest rules and ordinance
- Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures and monitoring programs on AML related activities, compliance manual, and core control documents that meet local regulatory requirements
- Raise and maintain compliance awareness among staff by providing timely information, publications and relevant training
- Conduct periodic review and ad hoc reports
Requirements:
- University degree in relevant disciplines (finance, business, accounting or law)
- Experience in monitoring for Asset Management compliance policy and procedures
- The candidate must have the ability to work efficiently and effectively with a high level of activity and changing priorities and have absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters
- Strong sense of responsibilities
- Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin is preferable
- Good presentation, interpersonal, communication & analytical skills
- Knowledgeable of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
