Sales Administration Officer (Wealth Management)

• Provide sales administrative support for Branch Manager and Business Manager
• Provide and set up training for support staff in account openings and account documentation
• Maintain and manage client account documentation in a timely & accurate manner
• Assist in providing requirements and document specifications for sales team to facilitate the account opening process
• Provide assistance to investigate and resolve inquiries related to client accounts
• Provide smooth operation of business environment
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
